PMP Students,
I'll look forward to seeing you in the classrooms again this week.
Three items of interest for you:
1. Transaction Processing Classroom. The Spring Transaction Processing
course CSEP 545 will meet at Microsoft in building 113, room 1021. If
you are attending at Microsoft and are not a Microsoft employee, then
please send the following information to Phil Bernstein
philbe_at_cs.washington.edu to pass along to the Microsoft security people:
* Vehicle Make
* Vehicle Model
* Vehicle Color
* License Plate Number
* Owner's first and last name
While the instructor will be at Microsoft, all students also have the
option of attending the course in the Allen Center, room 305, the
teleconferencing destination.
2. Course Webs. All Spring PMP course Web pages are now up. Please
note that there is a small typo on the CSEP 545 Web page. The
Transaction Processing course meets on Thursdays, (with the first course
meeting this Thursday, March 29). The incorrect day listed on the
course Web will be corrected shortly.
3. Spring PMP Graduates. PMP students who wish to graduate in Spring
Quarter 2007 MUST file an on-line Request for Master's Degree between
3/26/7 and 5/13/7 by going to
http://www.grad.washington.edu/stsv/mastapp.htm
<http://www.grad.washington.edu/stsv/mastapp.htm> . All PMP students
must do this during the final quarter they enroll in courses. To
graduate, students must register for at least two credits in the quarter
in which they earn their degree.
Below is a list of PMP students who I am aware are earning their degree
in Spring 2007. Please let me know if you are not on (or on) the list
in error.
