RE: PMP Autumn Registration

PMP Students,
 
There has been a delay at UWEO in setting up PMP registration this
morning. I do hope to get the forms out and the course registration set
up before noon today, but do please wait for my e-mail before trying to
register. I apologize for this delay.

PMP Students,
 
Hope your summer is going well!
 
A reminder that registration for Autumn 2007 courses will begin on
Monday, August 20 for PMP students who have completed two 4-credit
courses or more, and on Monday, August 27 for PMP students who have
completed less than two 4-credit courses. I will send out the
registration information form next Monday morning via this e-mail list.

I am considering holding the PMP Academic Preview event again this year.
This is the event where instructors for the upcoming academic year
provide PMP students a preview of their courses. It also serves as a
wonderful excuse to get PMP students together as a group, and offers a
chance for them to ask questions of our PMP faculty coordinator and
department chair. In the past we've provided dinner and refreshments
for the event. The downside is that since our faculty scatter during
the summer, we can only gather a quorum of instructors right before the
start of the quarter. This means most PMP students will have already
registered for autumn prior to the event.
 
I am considering holding this event the evening of Thursday September
20, but would only offer it again if more than half of our PMP students
would consider attending. Please let me know if you think this event
would be worthwhile.
